Connecticut Wood Carvers

The CTWoodcarvers are a group of woodcarving enthusiasts of all skill levels, dedicated to the art and safe use of tools for creating images in wood.  Some carve for competition! Some carve just to create what they see in the wood! Some carve for what they see in their mind!  All phases of the art are covered.

Membership includes prize-winning carvers and learners. At meetings, members give presentations on carving techniques, tips, and projects.

Visit their website to learn more!

Upcoming Events

Take a woodcarving class with Leo Hines. He will be teaching how to carve snowmen!

All ages welcome to come and enjoy the class.

Leo will be providing the wood blocks; just bring your carving tools!

Only 15 seats are available so that everyone has time to finish their piece and get one-on-one help if needed.

Look what you can make if you take Leo's class!
